When God said that the sins of the fathers was punished throughout many generation was because the fathers taught the children and the sin went on and on, until it became a vile life against God.

Wait a minute, you would if it you thought it fulfilled god's purpose. Fine, let's alter the question slightly. What if god told you it was his purpose to: kill all homosexuals; kill all atheists; or kill all Muslims. Would you do any of those things? Image a burning bush said it was it's plan.
I haven't answered a hypothetical question yet and I want, I've explained a hundred times here I do not invest my life in hypothetical situations, they have no meaning to life, they waste it. So catch this if you can, God doesn't need to send me to kill anyone, His Son died for justice to be served and in time it will be. God wouldn't tell to kill anyone, He would be lying and God doesn't lie.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
