I'm sorry for the upset you've been through my friend.

It's not a decision you have to make now, that either you keep pursuing all the time or you give up forever. You never know when the right person may unexpectedly turn up in your life Smile I had similarly given up like you, many years ago, and wrote myself off.

It's great to focus on just being happy yourself, and comfortable on your own. I think this makes for a stronger relationship eventually anyhow, if one comes around.
