Well, to tell the truth, I don't get what this has to do with Mussolini.

But baggy pants and enormous feet worked for Charlie Chaplin. And he was funny and subtle all the same. Not to forget that he got thrown out of the USA for being considered a dirty commie, which makes him all the more OK in my book.
