How would this even work? Even if the government can physically prevent a woman from having an abortion, it can't force her to take care of her body or not try to use her own methods(wire hanger) to terminate her pregnancy.
I realize that Huckabee is just trying to get attention but the fact that something like this could move him up in the polls is depressing.
Huckabee is apparently unaware of both Roe v. Wade and the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878. As such, he is unfit to hold any elected Federal office.
(No, I don't really think he's unaware of those two things, but he is a fucking demagogue of the worst sort.)
