As a Penal/Criminal Law aficionado, I generally agree with the principle that national citizens shouldn't be extradited (Unless it's an international punishable illegal activity according to international Law and ought to be prosecuted and tried on an international court) and people should be tried in their country of origin. So yeah, I agree with this. I'm not against hunting, but the Law is the law, and endangered species ought to be protected.
