His.
Actually no.. if it were 'His' then you could not Say I tried it for years and quit...
"Getting nothing" from Him is apart of the parable of the wise and foolish builders. If your faith falters after 'you get nothing' then Your actions have been fortold by Christ himself in this parable.
Meaning IF you know Christ and you beliefs/understanding about Him is correct then you will weather the storm that tests your faith. If however you loose your faith then you like the foolish man who built his house on the sand, will loose everything.
To loose everything is not the end sport. IF You had kept knocking as the the man who want the food for his guests, You would have rebuilt a new faith. one that was built on God and not the crap religion who's faith failed you when tested.
Think about it. If you had a completely wrong idea of God, why would He support you or your toxic faith by 'granting your wishes?' Or by jumping through your hoops to 'prove that He is there?'
God has clearly spelled out if you want to 'prove yourself to Him' by A/S/K-ing He will give you proof on His terms. not yours.
You quit. so at Best you can only say you Asked and Sought... But, if your 1/2 assed effort in what you claimed to be OT Jewish abortion clinics is any indication I'd say you only asked for years... Again that what you wanted to do, not what He demanded of you.
