Sounds suspiciously like a Twain quote: 'Every man who has a dog to worship him should have a cat to ignore him.'

I don't fit into either category, really. I've always though of myself as a slightly disheveled hedgehog. Not overly neat, pretty quiet, but I can be prickly of handed incorrectly.
