I by far am no expert, but at the same time even in my faith can not exclude the idea of a dimensional reality beyond the 4 we/you can currently perceive.
If you look at the descriptions of God, Heaven and Hell and take away the church's rose colored glasses and simply look at what the bible describes from a non stereotypical religious view, One could indeed classify all of that is being inter dimensional or even trans dimensional being by definition. Then your 'quest' to identify a specific time and point in space where these things exist become... a trivial pursuit.
