I'm thinking that the issue arises when you post the link to make your argument rather than support it.
As for how you read anything, that's alway going to be sketchy, given what we've seen of your (ahem) reading skills.

I'm not a mod, but I'd say probably when he can formulate his argument in his own words, rather than plagiarize it.
Simply posting a video is not a discussion, any more than simply linking to a youtube video is musicianship.
