As in why do you think it's okay/normal.

What am trying to point out is the word right will be different when it comes to an Theist and Atheist,as it comes back down on our belief's.

But I do say we naturally have some moral's built into us,For example a baby is born and it cries for some reason,such as you didn't feed him,he would cry but how does he know that he is meant cry,so he knows the right time to cry.This is in support of the "Moral argument".
