I view it only slightly less shameful than any run of the mill xtian that believes in their own brand of bullshit but doesn't take the rapture on board though to be honest. They're all secretly hoping for the time they get to be sat with their father but probably have a hint of a brain cell telling them it's so fucking stupid that they won't dare put a date on it. They're scared of any tiny spanner in the works of their faith when it doesn't happen that they chant the "only the lord knows the date" mantra bollocks.
I suppose looking at it from that point of view I have to admit that at least the rapture crazies have more balls than the "only god knows the time" crew.
