IF you were to ever get married, and had kids. And god forbid one of them got very sick and going to die but also was contagious, would you expose the rest of your family to the one who was deathly sick becaused you 'loved' that kid? Or would you put that sick kid in isolation so as not to infect the rest of your family?
I would take him to the doctor and get a cure.

God made the sickness you speak of. He even set us all up by putting an apple tree around the first two humans, allowed Satan (an entity that God created) to enter Eden and tempt them, then blamed every human from that point on for what they did.
As far as the cure goes, the only cure to this sickness is to realize that it doesn't exist.
