Might have been the pesky little fact that the public didn't want a public option. Now 60% of the public want the entire bill repealed. A Federal District Court in Va. just found the mandated purchase of health care to be illegal. More nails in the coffin.

What polls have you been reading? The polls I saw indicated the majority either liked the bill or said it didn't go far enough. The majority also liked the Public Option.

Really, this "reform" bill is woefully inadequate. As long as for profit insurance companies run the show, we've got the foxes running the chicken coup. What is needed is Medicare for All.
