That isn't a policy here... and it isn't us we were concerned about. It's Tokyo.
And it's not that we're worried about Tokyo. It's that we were worried about what would happen when the Turtlezilla finished with Tokyo.
So... it was actually us we were concerned about... but only in a vague 'better safe than sorry' sorta sense, and all the moreso because it wasn't like we had to drop a shitton of money onto his face like little miniature atom bombs to our finances: all we had to do was paint him green, and literally everything else was okay.
So... it's all fine now. And it's going to be fine. Unless he taps his little turtle feet into Ireland, ah reckon we'll all be okay. You won't like him when he's attacked X__X Or made fun of.... Or greeted cordially in the street... or sees the color red.....
So, nothing to worry about, yknow?
A turtle in Ireland? His shell will amplify the sound of bagpipes. Then what will we do? don't fire him. Don't talk about him. Kiss his lovely ass. do whatever he wants but please don't let him be a turtle in Ireland.

The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.
