Which wouldn't be as big of a problem...if we were, or were even capable of -actually- commanding them...which we aren't - and never have been. There's no doubt that american guns and american money end ups in terrorist and insurgent hands. There's alot of it, it ends up in alot of hands. We don't keep strict controls. Sometimes we give one group of cocksuckers the arms to defeat another group of cocksuckers and they decide to use them on a third group of cocksuckers instead. This is not a revelation to me or anyone else. I was wondering why people think that this means that ISIS, for example, is under the command of the CIA. If I handed you 100 bucks and a pistol, would that mean you now took orders from me?
