Thump, I did not mean to talk down to you, friend. There were a couple other people here insisting that Christianity and Islam are the same, and acting as though one thing that works for one will work for the other. My comment to your post asking why some structured order and a "pope" weren't needed for protestants to evolve out of the barbaric middle age phase, was more meant to be a general comment addressing some of the things others here have said. My apologies.
