Drippy you dumb fuck, Tertullian lived 150 years after Nero. There is no (and by no I mean NO ) evidence of xtian persecutions in Rome in the first century. In fact there is no indication that the Romans even noticed xtians in Rome in the first century and certainly there were no xtian catacombs for this alleged multitude. All there is is the Tacitus passage which is likely a much later interpolation.
Read Candida Moss' "The Myth of Persecution" if you could bring yourself to pull your head out of your ass long enough to learn something aside from jesus freak propaganda... but we all know that you are incapable so just go fuck yourself and your fucking god.
