Your post I was responding to said nothing about rejecting 'the concept of god". It said 'reject God'.
I don't 'reject god' because that would presuppose that said god actually existed.
I do reject the concept god' because every theist that has ever provided me with their god beliefs, is unable to provide evidence, or even a coherent definition.
You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.
