Why do Atheists defend Islam?

You're beginning to make better sense than some of the regressive lefties here. I just hope that we can avoid becoming the bigger monster in the fight against the monster Islam.

There already is a bigger monster.

Radical violent Islam isn't quite the biggest monster: Collateral damage is.

I'd say violent Islam probably comes as a close second. Blowing yourself up and killing others in the process in the name of God, isn't exactly pretty.

There's also the monster of US militarism, and the Trumpers who want to put everyone who they dislike behind razor wire. But if I got sidetracked on trying to argue who the biggest bogey is, I'm done with that now. I can only wish I could see any possible way of stopping this runaway train we're all on before it crashes - preferably one which does not end in either all of us having to live under either Islamic law, or the facism of Xtian f***tard theocracy!
