Many people are inducted into Islam as babies before they have a say in it, in countries where it is illegal to leave the religion. That is compulsion in Islam
Like the other Abrahamic faiths, there is a belief that non-believers will go to Jahannam (Hell). That is compulsion in Islam, really, if the alternative is something so horrible you'd feel no choice but to be part of it.
So I don't buy it.

Can't you see that they're contradicting their own holy book ?
In terms of compulsion, they "forced people"; even though their holy book itself didn't order them to do so.
