Course it does. Just as everyone else has the right to be satirical. But satire by its very nature is disrespectful - statements like "You can't provoke, you can't insult the faith of others, you can't make fun of faith" are aimed at stifling that right. Just as referring to others critical of your opinion as "D-bags" simply for being critical does the same thing.
