If they can sell these drugs at far lower prices in Canada or Mexico, they can sell them at those same prices in the US as well.
Defend big pharma for there meds all you like. You won't find many arguing against you. Defend their marketing practices and you'll likely be considered a fool, even if you're not called one to your face.
There is a problem with the patent/development/approval process.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
