Ever considered something like Yoga or Chi-kung for you anxiety/depression? Some kind of moving meditation helped me massively to calm my mind, improve my sleep, relax my body.
Don't believe all the spiritual crap, the mild physical movement is just a handy trick to get your mind of your anxiety and focus on your movements.
