Yep, that's it exactly. This woman is a magnet for drama. She's constantly whining about her kids and how hard her life is. If she gets in trouble, she actually cries and says things like "I thought I was doing better" like a 5 year old. The director falls for it and even hugs her and says comforting things to her like "You're doing good, it's just this one little thing we have to work on." She sucks up constantly to the management and just wipes her ass on everyone else.
