Having been in a room with so much military brass I thought our steel ship might sink, and hearing some of that salty old brass say some of the dumbest shit I've ever heard out of a person who could send me into a warzone, I'll provide my own testimony: people can be batshit crazy and capable of holding an important position in the DoD, military, or other government office.

Problem is however, I still think we need to take the videos of the disclosure project seriously. I've talked to a few people involved in military, and they don't like to talk about a lot, but occasionally they do expose some info. I myself have not been in the military in any form, and respect you and others who have for doing so. I need to say that because even though I'm talking about people in the military, I don't have a perspective to suggest to know what I'm talking about.
