You wouldn't happen to have a idea as to when the military-staged abductions are discussed in the video, would you? I'm assuming the "agenda" would be to poison the well so that public sentiment towards legitimate claims of knowledge regarding extraterrestrials will be largely dismissive.

All you have to do is put it on in the background while doing something else, almost like listening to a book. I've listened to many hours of testimonials. Abductions are not something I'm interested in really. I'm more interested in the retrieval of vehicles and species. It's best if you hear it from them, and not from me though.
He's the guy who has briefed CIA directors, and presidents because they are kept out of the loop of these projects. The fact the chain of command doesn't have access to all projects is illegal, unconstitutional, etc. This is about exposing criminal activities. Really the way this is kept secret is because people don't want to ruin their careers by talking about something that the public will label them as tin foil hat wearing little green men believing fools. That's really how this isn't known to the politicians, and many in the government. The general public will always be the last to know.
