The USA is near the top of that list.
I'd hope it would be while both the house and the senate are in session, and then for it to flatten several different areas in entirety. Would be an interesting purge if nothing else. Sadly, it would instigate way too much religious support for one of the parties.
Better still, hit the very richest people in america and their complete families/business partners to force their wills to flood into government. I'm interested in what the president would do if pressures from these people ceased.
While I'm quaintly and offhandedly wishing impossible things, I'd like a pony.
