The Pope prays for peace (again)
December 26, 2012 at 6:13 am
I see the pope has prayed for peace in Syria and other trouble spots, I seem to remember he did something similar last year (and the year before, and the year before that...) it didn't seem to work then so what makes him think it will work now? Maybe the all seeing, all powerful, perfect god he chats to wants people to be killed, why should the chief child molester try to change his "perfect" plan??
.... Merry Christmas!

Yeah, big deal. I don't know what people expect him to do? Of course he's going to say he wants peace. Doesn't make him some morally great guy. I want peace too, sign me up for a goofy hat and enormous palace.

As far as I'm concerned, as soon as he explains precisely why God's representative on Earth can't get his boss to do anything, or else he gives up that accolade, that's the day his authority gets promoted to that of any random stranger on the street. At the moment his job allows him to carry tea and no tea at the same time.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
