Not even sure who Ganesh is an I suppose you don't either since you miss spelled the name but that aside God is the only God. How do I know, because no other God has ever come to me. The God of creation came to me offering me salvation and no matter how you want to twist this matter God does answer prayer, I've received answers in such a specific way that there was no doubt that God answered. God will prove himself to those who truly seek Him and want a real relationship with Him.

Specifically how then? Exactly what answer did you get that could have come from no other source or be attributed to no other cause than the Christian god?
Answers to questions about things I didn't understand in the Bible, questions of why God did or responded to a situation in scripture, things only God could explain, I'm still waiting on some answers and hope God sees that I should know the answers. I've prayed that God would take terminally ill people if He wasn't going to heal them, to take them before their suffering became to great and He responded on many of those requests, even with my own dad.
FOR Wrote:"God is the only God. How do I know, because no other God has ever come to me." By you own line of reasoning, Ganesh hasn't come to you because you didn't seek a real relationship with Ganesh.
I sought God only when He first came to me, the scriptures tell us that God comes to us calling us to Himself, that's when our search starts, sorry I didn't make this clear, sometimes I assume that others know what the Bible says.
FOR Wrote:(Google recognises my spelling of Ganesh as an alternative of Ganesha, BTW, and so does the spellchecker on this forum. He is the elephant god that nearly a billion Hindus believe in. They all believe in Ganesh, as you believe in the Christian god. They have their holy texts which tell them what is "true", just as you have your holy texts which tell you what is "true". See: http://www.manidweepa.org/teachings/gods...panishads/)
The reason I said you misspelled this god's name was that spell check showed the spelling incorrect. Sorry. I understand other religions have their religious text, I also understand that many millions of those billion do not know how to read and take what's told them as truth. That's why the reformers wanted the Bible translated into many different languages so people could read it for themselves and seek the truth of God.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
