He play the clown for a living.
He goes in the local market dressed like a clown to entertain the people on market day.
He has done this for so long that unfortunately even when he goes back home he act like a clown.
So no wonder what he does write on the forum.
He is not harmful but you shouldn't take him in much consideration either.
