Which isn't terribly relevant to a historical (not theological) discussion. We're discussing whether or not a historical Jesus existed at all and what we can know about him outside of the myths that were circulated about him. Islam itself came along several centuries later in another country and offers no historical documents from the time and place where Jesus would have lived. You can talk about Muslim theology and opinion all you like but that doesn't contribute anything to our historical understanding.
