Wow, I sure failed in the above scenario. I willingly had my reproductive ability surgically taken away, before having any children.

And as with all glib answers, the situation is more complex than can be stated.
You may be advancing the survival of your kin.
You may be advancing the survival of your society, philosophy or company even outside of the internet.

I think I have very good reasons for not wanting to spawn anything, many of which are directly related to the wellbeing of society in general. I hope that in my brief time I leave something of a positive message which will live on, even though my genes won't.
