Kind of a mixed message here, though. She's so humble that she's submitting, but also so arrogant as to presume to speak for God to us.
No presumptions and I am not saying that I am the only one who does or can speak to God. What is so vile in submitting to a man willing to give his life for me? Who works hard to provide for my family and takes the time to listen to what I have to say. Do you even know what I mean when I say submit. I am not speaking about being run over nor am I less of an equal to my husband in the marriage. There is a need for a leader in the family and He is it. I myself am a leader and I would not submit to some weak minded evil individual. I knew for a long time that I would need a strong man to lead me and that is who God sent me.
