I think you're oversimplifying the theology. Let me explain.

Q) Who is responsible for X?

A) If X is a good thing: Goddidit.

If X is a bad thing: Any combination of man/evil/sin/satan/eve/corruption/nature; and God has no responsibility whatsoever.
