For starters, when a woman is that pregnant, there is a dark line that extends from the belly button south to the nether regions. That's missing in the photo. Second, small hands yes, but rather a bit manly looking. Third, the arms don't look feminine enough.

I'd say it's a beer baby. Or better yet, I think Yeauxleaux gives the best answer.

Actually, if you look closely, there is a line. It's just a really terrible photo with bad resolution, so it's hard to spot.

But yeah, it looks like a guy to me, too.  I can't even define why.  But it totally screams "Spare tire on a 35 year old man" to me, even after I spotted the pregnancy line.

Also, men can have that, it's often referred to as a happy trail and upon closer inspection is actually hair.

Also, also, not all women get the line. I never did. It's most common on darker complected women.

Also, also, also....I don't get who cares if it's a guy or a girl. And if you make the assumption and the person is offended then you should just be like "oh oops sorry". If you insist you're right about someone's gender who clearly knows their own gender, then you kinda deserve to be unfriended.
