If I was a chick, I'd totally want to use a urinal. Hovering pantsless over public wastewater isn;t exactly my idea of a pleasant bathroom experience. Besides.....it's like peeing in the woods for civilized people!
Some tips.
Down and out, down and -out-. This is very important.....if you piss straight into the thing you get splashback.
Don't flush, the handle's filthy...and they all have an overflow drain anyway.
