Do Christians worship a suicide victim?

Jesus Christ may be compared to a situation where someone must be murdered in order for someone else to survive. 

For example a parent and a child.

Do you think the parent should be willing to be murdered to save their child ?

But he wasn't murdered he committed suicide, he knew his actions would lead to his own death.

There is a big difference from throwing yourself on a grenade to save your friends when being unaware that the situation would arise ... than creating the situation whereby the grenade is thrown so you can be considered a hero
