Green Party donations up ~1000% after Sanders endorsed Clinton

This is kind of like a church with 1 member gaining 100 members in a year, then proclaiming they are the fastest growing church in the world.

Jill Stein still stands no chance of winning a single state.  I like Jill, don't get me wrong.  I voted for her in 2012.  In fact I've often voted for Green Party candidates... when one was available as a choice.  But the Green Party still isn't quite viable.  If I knew Trump had no chance at winning, I'd certainly vote for Stein.  But I know that Trump has a shot at winning, and Hillary needs all the votes she can get.  Trump winning would be a disaster on so many levels.  Especially as far as Supreme Court Justices go, and those stick around for a long time after the taste of Trump gets out of your mouth.

If you're in a state that could conceivably be a swing state a vote for Hilary is probably sensible. However, you know Jill Stein; she says we need to stop thinking the Republicans are any worse than the Democrats. I keep switching between Donald being more dnagerous and Hilary being more dangerous: It's tough to decide. For example, because...

Now we know Hilary is going to be investigated for perjury because some of the things she said during the FBIs criminal investigation into her e-mails contradict what she said during the Benghazi hearings. This is on top of the State Department re-opening the investigation into her e-mails. It never stops. She will have an entire presidency of scandal after scandal and fighting lawsuits. Don't get me wrong, Donald would likely be the same (or worse) in terms of how many scandals he would have.

And according to Quinipiac University polling, the electorate in Florida, Pennsylvania and Ohio think Donald is more "honest and trustworthy than Hillary". How did she manage that? Donald lies constantly and Hilary is losing by at least ten points to Donald in each case.

Florida voters give Clinton and Trump negative favorability ratings, 35 - 59 percent for her and 38 - 54 percent for him.

Ohio voters give Clinton a negative 35 - 60 percent favorability rating, and give Trump a negative 34 - 59 percent.

• 57 - 34 percent that Clinton is better prepared to be president;
  
• 43 percent that she has higher moral standards, to Trump's 42 percent;
  
• 52 - 35 percent that Clinton is more intelligent;
  
• 47 - 37 percent that Trump is more honest and trustworthy.
  

Keystone State voters give Clinton a negative 31 - 65 percent favorability rating, and give Trump a negative 38 - 57 percent.

She's not going a good job of trying to get all of the votes she can get, but the mainstream media are telling people not to let the terrible polling numbers worry them. Time Warner, which owns CNN, is one of the biggest Clinton donors so we know they've always had huge a bias this election season. I live in hope that my generation doesn't like to vote for people like Hilary or Donald and somebody like Jill or Bernie will become president eventually.

Her jokes about Pokémon were so painful to listen to and will annoy a lot of people I'm sure. I am of the age where I grew up around Pokémon, but making cringe statements like "How do we get Pokémon to go to the polls" is not how you win over my generation. People are going to switch off and stay at home or vote 3rd party.

I really like Green politics so great to see some attention finally being given the U.S. Green Party.

The attention they got in 2000 when they gave us George W Bush wasn't enough?

That's been debunked. The Democrats won Florida in 2000 but the Supreme Court initialy blocked the recount and gave George the presidency. If there was no Green Party candidate those people probably wouldn't have vote Democratic anyway (e.g stayed at home). Blame SCOTUS not the Green Party.

He says Al-Gore agrees with him that he did not cost him the presidency (though I had trouble finding a relevant video of Al-Gore). Even if, let's suppose the Green Party did cost al-Gore the presidency, the Libertarian Party is taking votes away from the Democratic and Republican candidates as well. Some polls have Gary Johnson above 10%. Gary Johnson should, in theory at least, give Hilary an easier path to the Oval Office.
