I'm dismissing it out of hand because it IS bollocks.  We rely on the US for the detection of a nuclear attack, for some expertise and, without them, our CURRENT stockpile would be useless within months.  Which, quite brilliantly.....

Is another reason we need Trident.

So on the one hand you're saying that the link I provided is bollocks (without providing any evidence of your own to refute it) and on the other hand agreeing that we need the US for expertise and services which is justification for renewing Trident.

Which is it in your feels based reality?

And evidence also required from you that the new Trident would be an independent deterrent and not a continuation of the same setup as before.
