A few years ago, I met a divorced man with 2 young boys around my daughter's age - maybe 5 and 3 or so. They came over to visit and he saw my daughter's Disney princess dresses - think Sleeping Beauty and the like. He asked if he could have his boys try on the dresses - "to explore their gender identities". Not knowing what the heck was going on, I said "sure". The older boy would not get near the dresses but the younger one tried one on - it was very bizarre.
A few weeks later, he told me he was in a toy store and actually bought a princess dress for the boys.
I also found out he wasn't really divorced, he was about 6 months separated.
We went our separate ways not long after that.
Also, he was an ex-Jehovah's Witness, not sure if that means anything.
I never put atheist on my online profiles back then but when I was about done with online dating, I changed my profile to say atheist and met a man (also an atheist) who used to be a reporter for a TV station in Oregon. Shame it didn't work out, he was interesting to talk with!
