Well, the Oregon takeover did involve property destruction -- private and public iirc. And it could easily have been bloodier than the one death which arose from it. Me, I've got a problem with anyone who points a gun at someone and says "do as I order or else." Terrorism or no, it's obnoxious. When it has a political goal, even more so, because it is an attempt to subvert the process we as a society have agreed on to resolve civic disputes. If you're not worried about that, I don't know what else to say.
