On your diagnosis of NPD? Yes. But not necessarily on other stuff.
I'm just calling it like I see it. Others see it too. And for the record, I did not dx him with NPD. Can I say that I think he has that? Sure. Anyone can. He even admits to having it. But, no - I can not formally dx someone with anything because I'm not qualified to do so. However, I can state, as my unprofessional opinion, that he displays many of the markers listed in the DSM 5. And that is what I go by. I also go by, again, his very own admittance of behaving in a narcissistic manner.
