What Hillary did with superdelegates all being declared for her early is more then any general election shenanigans, so we know she's not beyond it morally. I'm talking about genuine fraud with voting machines and the like. The superdelegate system did what it was designed to do-- it produced an establishment candidate. Other than being an establishment candidate, what do you think Clinton did?
Since Trump wasn't clear what he meant by rigged, we can't be sure either.
The superdelegates aren't supposed to declare until the convention. By having the media constantly say that Hillary was up by 500 delegates from the start, it influenced people's decision to go vote in primaries. It's well known in political science that people are more likely to go out if they think the election is close and the election between Bernie and Hillary was close, but Hillary, the DNC and the media made it seem like she was up by delegates that weren't hers yet. That's a well known method of voter suppression.
The superdelegates are not meant to pick an establishment candidate, but to ensure not having a crazy candidate that reduces their chances of winning the general. Considering that Bernie was up against Trump by 20 points, they did the exact opposite of what they are 'meant' to do.
