If people could experience their own personal miracles, there would never again be any dispute with Christians. My ex-wife had some problems in her relationship with me and she left. Her life did not improve afterwards. . She needed an operation for gall bladder trouble and the doctor slipped with the laser cutting into her bile duct. This went un-noticed by the doctors until some weeks later she began to feel a great deal of pain in her abdomen. It just got worse until she began to turn yelow. The doctors photographed her interior with an endoscope, and it revealed the destruction that had happened inside. The acids from the perforated duct had eaten through the surfaces of many of the organs and they told her that there was nothing that they could do. She realized that she had been given a death sentence for the mistake that they could not correct.
She must have had a major change of heart about all of this. She came to my house to apologize for the things that had happened between us. She made peace with other people as well. She resigned herself to her fate, but now had only the hope that God could heal her. About a week later her drainage tube just dropped out of her side. She made haste to the doctor to inspect the open hole. He did another view of her insides and found that now there was nothing wrong with her anymore. They were so shocked by the turn-around that that offered to do an operation on her to inspect and validate their observations. She declined their offer. They sealed the hole and home she went. That was twenty-one years ago.
God's greatest miracles happen when there is no other alternative to the problem that you have. Even if you didn't care to thank anyone for this, it is a genuine miracle which happened to someone with no other hope.
I suppose that you guys need to hear about more things like this from average people. I've seen so many accounts of these things happening right in front of me, it would take a book to share them all. Hope someone out there gets inspired.
