RE: Going to be brutally honest - BLM edition

Is there something you'd point to as an instigating factor in that, or should we simply assume the quite but implied notion of savage races...as we've been doing for centuries? Are we considering a demographic of victims who do predictable things when placed and then held in an impossible position, or a rowdy mob that needs to be hemmed in on all sides by viscous state sponsored cattle-minders?
