The origin of evil is of course religions.
You can see it now.
Wherever a religion is strong there is oppression and horror, it was always this way. It the dark ages it was Christianity that drove its black ideas, before that the pantheon of gods demanded blood and encouraged violent rampages and now its islam with its unforgiving sharia law stuck the early middles ages that is the standard bearer for all things evil.

I assume hats where harris was going with this.

You have given your sincere comments on Christianity and Islam but you failed to recall Judaism/Zionism or perhaps you have avoided Judaism/Zionism on purpose.
