How Christianity has survived and indeed thrived for 2000 years, given that Jesus was expected to come back during the lifetimes of the authors of the New Testament is a huge mystery.
I think it survives because many people are comforted thinking there is an old man looking down on them, I always thought if true it was creepy as hell. That retired man that spent $140.000, his life savings will be surprised for a bit on the 22nd then Harold will come up with another excuse and people will believe him because they NEED to of course the retired guy will be needing that money for food. What i would not give to hear what Harold says to his followers, now that would be entertaining
Min I remember that "Just Plain Nuts" I have all of his books though i have not looked at them in a few years. Too bad Larson retired
