Why do the ritors ask for Justice?

So, Robert, you characterize the police forces in the U.S. as "legalized neo-Nazi organizations" enforcing "extreme, Nazi-like laws" yet if someone points out that there is a sort of institutional racism involved in the way U.S. police deal with minority (especially black) citizens versus how they typically deal with whites, it's the fault of the black unarmed suspects who get shot because they are unevolved? Is that about right?
