Dude was not in compliance with the cops, and was moving in a threatening manner which is why he was tazed, and subsequently why he was shot.

Once again. Did you actually watch the footage? Did you perceive it as threatening? Hands in the air for about 30 seconds, back turned towards the cops. If it gave them pause, plenty of time to rush him before he even reached that car. Then he put his hands on the roof for another 5 seconds at the very least before putting them in his pockets.

So, again, drama queen much? Or does simply not complying with cops warrant instant death?
