Ask yourself as to why they are doing and what they can do to improve the situation just like other immigrants i.e. Chinese, Italians, Jews, German, Korean, English, Indian, Pakistani, Vietnamian have done. You don't get anything for sitting on your arse all day, work hard, and you get the reward, do nothing, you get stereotyped.
